We are always exploring machining processes focusing on twisting square hollow pipes (containing no material). The use of hollow pipes instead of solid materials allows for reductions in material weight and cost and for a wider range of application of the materials. Our technology can also enable machining of wide materials or products that are nearly two meters long, which other companies cannot machine.


[Business description]
We offer hollow pipe twisting, which has been conventionally considered to be difficult. We provide twisting of flat bars, square bars, and cut plates for a number of ornamental metals and mechanical parts. We possess original technology for twisting specially shaped materials with a concave-convex surface. This allows us to manufacture even products that other companies refused to offer due to high costs for molds, or because they were unable to machine them. We can offer such products at relatively low prices by adjusting our own molds.
