[Company strength]
We custom-manufacture products depending on the case size for each user. To achieve this, we have established the best range of machines in Japan. Especially for case formers and sealers, we have a variety of models ranging from those capable of handling 60 cases per minute, the world’s fastest, to those handling five cases per minute. We receive many repeat internet-related orders and orders for our casers, which can stably operate 24 hours a day thanks to our original servo mechanism.

We specialize in exterior packaging in the field of packing machines (mainly product packaging related to cardboard cases). Typical machines for exterior packaging include carton formers for assembling boxes, casers for placing products in the boxes, and sealers for sealing the boxes. We propose the optimal machine layout to fit the customer’s conveyor line. Our solutions also cover the final product shipping process (palletization). In addition, we have started designing and manufacturing wrap-around casers, setup casers, and palletizers using multi-joint robots.

The packing of products into boxes is generally done manually by part-timers in exterior packaging. We hope to introduce our equipment and help reduce customers’ labor costs by automating their packing operation. We provide excellent after-sales service through our four main services: sales, design, manufacture, and control, and external partner companies, thus establishing a greater service network. We are committed to manufacturing outstanding products as your partner company.
