[Company strength]
August marked the 60th anniversary of our foundation. Almost 50% of our sales, design, and manufacturing staff are veteran employees with 20 years or more of experience and, as a result, we are highly regarded for our functional accuracy and high reliability. Also, our machinery products are all made-to-order based on the customer’s specifications; therefore, we always begin with design drawings in response to any order, and develop products that meet every detailed requirement. Our customers are mainly large-scale enterprises based in Japan and Asian countries such as China and Taiwan as well as in the Netherlands and Germany.


[Business description]
We offer built-to-order production of facility machinery through an integrated process that includes design, manufacturing, installation, and trial run, according to the customer’s specifications. Specifically, we offer: cleaners, ovens (furnaces), etc. for LCD panel manufacturing facilities; conveying machinery (material handling); and various roll-to-roll (film form material) processes.

[Representative's message]
We have so far operated mainly in Japan and neighboring Asian countries. To make up for the declining business in these countries, we would like to actively expand into English-speaking countries by utilizing my experience. I studied in the U.S. while working at a major company for over 20 years, and afterwards I worked at four European and U.S. firms (as the president of three of them).


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The LCD business is declining in Japan (it is now centered in South Korea, Taiwan, and, increasingly, China). Under these circumstances, we will try to expand our business by focusing on conveying machinery and targeting not only Japan but also Europe. Fortunately, we have experience in doing business with English-speaking countries. We will proactively expand our business based on this experience and through media such as exhibitions and the Internet.

We obtained ISO 9002 certification, but have not renewed it because we have not received any customer requests to do so.


[Intellectual property]
We previously obtained about ten valid patents, but in recent years we have prioritized confidentiality and have accumulated information, rather than publicizing it.
