The pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and cosmetics industries put top priority on safety. We have a proven track record of providing these industries with filling machines, packaging machines, visual inspection devices, conveyors, image processing devices, and foreign matter inspection devices. Our products for industry include machines for cap tightening, box packaging, palletizing, agitation, canning, sealing, and shrink packaging machines.

Our company manufactures dedicated machines for factory automation and labor-saving. We have a proven track record of providing the automotive industry with transfer robots, grease coating machines, assembly robots, assembling machines, leak checkers, laser engraving machines, and image processing devices. Our products for industry include bolt press-fitting machines, screw tightening devices, glass transport machines, caulking & fitting machines, welding machines & jigs, ultrasonic welding machines, and QA inspection machines. We support combinations of dedicated machines ranging from semi-automatic to fully-automatic machines. We also have a solid track record of installing equipment in factories outside Japan.

[Representative's message]
We have customers in the automotive, electric precision, foods & beverages, machine tools, and pharmaceuticals & medical supplies industries. The dedicated machines required at production sites differ depending on the industry. Our sales engineers listen to customer issues and propose requirements and specifications to meet their respective requests. We have an integrated one-stop production system, and we create high-quality user-friendly designs. We also achieve low-cost part manufacturing by bulk purchasing and in-house manufacturing to build up FA solutions.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We handle all processes within the company to minimize turnaround time and cost. The processes range widely from basic design, electrical design, mechanical design, machining, and control board production to assembling, adjustment, and on-site installation. When delivering dedicated machines, our engineers do all on-site installation works, including electrical wiring and piping. They also conduct inspections and maintenance after delivery. In case of an urgent problem, our excellent system enables electrical and mechanical engineers from our nearest site to immediately visit the customer.
