Our main strength is sand mold casting technology. We can rapidly perform aluminum alloy casting, precision machining and various other types of metal casting for the development of prototype vehicles in the automotive industry. We use an inspection device that can analyze at the element level, to raise the quality of raw materials and manufacture cast products having excellent homogeneity and rigidity, with a high yield. We create molds using 3D data and so can omit the wooden mold manufacturing process, marking inspection and non-contact measurement/inspection. We usually complete the prototype within 19 days after receiving 3D data, thus shortening the delivery time by approximately 37% from the conventional 30 days.
