Eliminating “food poisoning” and “infectious diseases”

In January 2016, we started developing Präparat-less portable microscopes, which can be brought into a food processing factory. After a year and a half, we succeeded in the visualization of bacteria on June 30, 2017, and began marketing “mil-kin®,” a bacteria self-checker. Based on our on-site experience acquired through working with hypochlorous acid water and support from the METI and JETRO, we provide our products to 1,650 corporate customers (food factories and dentists) located in 23 countries. It was certified by JIS (Japan’s national industrial standards) as “Portable Microbe Imaging Scope” JIS B 7271 in March 2019. Following the vision of “eliminating food poisoning and infectious diseases from the world” using “mil-kin®” applications (currently under development) to visualize the specific types of bacteria and their numbers on a real-time basis, we are “challenging macro social issues from micro perspectives.”
