We offer large-size and precision sheet metal working, stand frames, metal structure manufacturing, enclosure welding, and prototype sheet metal working. These are based on the various techniques we have been developing for many years.

We form various materials such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, mold steel, and copper into the customer’s desired shapes, using our well-established mature techniques as our weapon. These techniques include arc welding, TIG welding, and semi-automatic welding. We have eight hoists in our own factory and can expand products freely by joining stands, enclosures, and the like made of any material including frames, square pipe stands, and channel stands. This is why we can offer any large sheet metal products that make it difficult to decide the delivery date or are difficult to transport at once before secondary processing.
Some products require complicated rounding or squaring processing that cannot be performed by machinery. Our expert technicians provide careful manual finishing for such products one by one.
We explore the efficiency of high-mix small-lot production, and manufacture better products by making use of our extensive experience and techniques.

We are a sheet metal working company specialized in prototyping. We mainly offer large-size and precision sheet metal working, stand frames, metal structure manufacturing, enclosure welding, and prototype sheet metal working. We have been establishing our techniques for over 50 years since our foundation, and offer services using these mature techniques as our weapon. You can count on us for processing difficult-to-weld and cut materials, including iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, mold steel, and copper. We offer high-quality products throughout Japan in a short turnaround time. Our main products include various stands, agricultural equipment frames, sheet metal products, and storage tanks. These stands are mainly for medical production lines, semiconductor production lines, automation machinery, and measuring instruments. The main equipment we possess also includes turret punches, benders, ironworker machines, NC sawing machines, set presses, shirring machines, three-roll rollers, plasma cutters, milling cutters, and lathes.
