Toward matching

We are a top-ranking manufacturer of stainless steel screws (ranking first in domestic Japanese production). We have an extensive lineup of various products, and we manufacture more than 7000 types of screws a year. These are mainly JIS-compliant products and other standard products. We deliver our products to housing and building material suppliers, along with other industries including architectural, housing equipment, automotive, and electrical products, as well as DIY stores. We succeeded in mass-producing titanium alloy bolts, which are said to be difficult to machine when cold. This was done by taking advantage of the cold machining technology we cultivated in the production of stainless steel screws. We apply our technologies for manufacturing stainless steel screws and titanium screws to try materials that are even harder to machine.
