We perform integrated manufacturing of brass, bronze, and aluminum cast products. For these products, we perform all processes in-house, ranging from sand casting to cutting, assembly, and inspection. As for the sand casting of brass, our production volume is the highest in the Kanto Region. Our casting capability is 20 t/month, and we are equipped with two combined lathes, three NC lathes, and one machining center. Our ability and equipment enable us to perform integrated manufacturing.

01: Integrated manufacturing
We perform integrated manufacturing of cast metal products including brass, bronze, and aluminum cast products. For these products, we perform all processes in-house, ranging from sand casting to processing, assembly, and inspection. The integrated manufacturing has solved a lot of problems that users have. Since we can perform both "integrated manufacturing" and "combined management", we are able to meet a lot of needs of users.
02: Casting technology
Many of the cast-metal products manufactured in our company are pressure-tight cast or deformed cast metals. The cast products manufactured by us are widely used for parts of social infrastructure equipment. Of the cast products, the volume of sand cast brass (CAC203) produced by us is the highest in the Kanto Region.     
03: Processing technology
We produce processing jigs in-house. By using the jigs, we process deformed objects and machine round bars as well as rectangular lumber.
