EPO- RPC™ D1 is a toughened epoxy matrix designed for rapid cure requirement at medium curing temperature. This matrix is designed for high cyclic moulding composite manufacturing process such as the manufacture of automobile structures and 3C composite parts. This resin system is applied on the prepreg method and can be cured at 150℃ for 3 minutes and the cured parts will be able to demould immediately without cooling by cold press.
