The third rail insulator is excellent in electrical insulation and
mechanical performance. The insulator is made from glass fiber reinforcement
composite material and using high temp and high pressure molding process.
Most of rail insulator was produced by oversea company before, so this
development is the first successful model in Taiwan. The insulator not only
meet all the international standards but also competitive in cost.
The design was using body and the hook structure, this new structure is
convenient for workers to assemble at sire. All the developing process was
done directly with customer alone the way and simulation by computer
software. This is the successful developing case in Taiwan.
