The design of this product uses a permanent magnet core to generate ultra-strong torque that can move heavy loads directly. The use of low-cost and highly accurate position sensors enables a positioning resolution of 0.0003 degrees. The patented open-architecyure electronic control interface supports all kinds of actuators while the Cross Roller bearings provide high strength as well as the ability to simultaneously withstand loads along its axis and diameter. Friction free design gives this product long-life and makes mechanical linkages unnecessary, so it’s more efficient than conventional designs. This product can be used for high-speed high-precision positioning applications across a whole range of equipment, particularly flat panel displays, semiconductors and PCB manufacturing/testing.
