[Company strength]
We have grown mainly in the spring business, in Kawaguchi city which has long flourished as a center for casting factories. We started pressing, and manufacturing and selling automatic coating machines by using technologies we refined in the spring business. From there, we have expanded the scope of business to include coating jig manufacturing, building hardware manufacturing and the like. Today, we not only manufacture parts, but also have combined and added value to our derived technologies, thus creating a system for winning comprehensive orders.

We create products using our own technology in six core businesses: coating, coating jigs, special machinery, pressing, building hardware, and various springs, which has always been our core business. We established a base in Thailand in 1999, and bases in China in 2001 and 2004. We have established global production and procurement bases, and created a system that can flexibly respond to customers’ requirements.

We were founded in Kawaguchi city in 1956, and have focused on the spring business. In addition to spring manufacturing, we have expanded our scope of business while improving working efficiency and responding to customers’ requests. We started the press department in 1965, manufacture and sales of automatic coating machines in 1976, and promoted diversification such as manufacturing of coating jigs and building hardware as related businesses. Today, we not only manufacture parts, but have established a system for receiving comprehensive orders by combining elemental parts, applying the combined elements, and adding value.

We have established bases in Thailand, China, etc., have built global production and procurement bases, and have created a system for flexibly responding to customers’ requirements. We are not limited to spring manufacturing, but we systemize the entire process from design to manufacturing in order to flexibly respond to mass production to small-lot production of a wide variety of products. We ensure a quick turnaround by our comprehensive receiving system that can handle all processes such as pressing and coating. We have established a system that produces high-quality products at low cost by improving the skills of each employee.
