[Company strength]
Our electrolytic ultrasonic cleaner can be used for a variety of metal workpieces including molds, injector pins, precision parts and jigs and tools. Soaking workpieces in our cleaning liquid can easily remove foreign objects, gas burns, resin, resin fragments, old grease and persistent polyacetal coatings (Duracon or Delrin). Manual labor is not required to clean small corners and uneven surfaces. Iron gear bottoms, fine slits or grooves are not affected or corroded. Wastewater can be released after simple neutralization treatment to remove fluorocarbons, ethane and other chlorinated solvents.

In addition to our cleaning products, we have various products utilizing ultrasonic technology including; plastic welding and bonding (ultrasonic welder, infrared caulking and welding, thermal sealer, spin welder, hot plate welder), ultrasonic homogenizers, ultrasonic deaerators (an innovative device that can remove gas components dissolved in liquid), ultrasonic cutters, tabletop ultrasonic cutters (surprising cutting quality considering its small size) and fluorescent X-ray membrane thickness tester (purchased by a major electric manufacturer due to its high quality and reasonable price).

We are a pioneering ultrasonic device manufacturer. We make custom-made ultrasonic cleaners, welders and other devices at reasonable cost. Our high specification products include soft ultrasonic and multiple soft ultrasonic devices. By adding more frequencies the device can remove a greater range of unwanted objects. The multiple soft ultrasonic device solves the issue of sweep resonance required for precision cleaning and prevents recontamination. A cleaning program designed for each workpiece is also available.
