[Company strength]
Our company’s torchon lace machine ensures high-speed rotation and quieter operation thanks to its new mechanism. We contribute to high quality and rapid delivery of lace. A spindle driving machine, which is a new mechanism, achieves stable high-speed rotation. Also, it is designed to be easy to operate, so the lace guide bar and leading knife can be adjusted without using tools. The feeding speed for each card can be freely changed by instructions of design data in the winding device with the servomotor, thus differentiating products. Up to 30,000 cards are allowed, and the machine can also handle high-grade torchon laces designed for interiors. It also has an image function which is useful for acquiring technology.


[Business description]
We manufacture textile machines such as torchon lace machines. We design, process, and assemble machines, and design and manufacture electronic circuits all in-house. We also manufacture trial parts and precision parts in small lot sizes on consignment. We focus on machining by 5-axis machining, 3D CAD/CAM/CAE, and multi-tasking machines, for example. The torchon lace machine developed by us can conduct complicated operations because the bobbin freely turns laterally without restriction on the rotation direction. So, the machine can manufacture 3D knitted goods similar to hand-knitted goods, as well as tights and stockings, into products as they are without sewing.

[Representative's message]
Torchon laces originated in Europe more than 100 years ago. The torchon lace machine developed by us can conduct complicated operations because the bobbin freely turns laterally without restriction on the rotation direction. So, our epoch-making machine can manufacture 3D knitted goods similar to hand-knitted goods, as well as tights and stockings, into products as they are without sewing. We are also actively introducing the latest processing plant and improving the environment. Please feel free to ask us to machine trial parts and precision parts in small lot sizes.

Our available products include: an ultrahigh-speed covering machine, which is patented internationally; a space-saving bobbin winder that allows full bobbin stop by optical sensors without touching the thread and allows traverse movement patterns to be set as desired; a feeder that can feed yarn to a weaving machine without twisting a flat tape yarn while maintaining a certain length of the yarn in the U-shaped storage by computer control; an electronic controlled covering machine; an electronic controlled covering sample machine; a weft feeding device for a weaving machine; and a tungsten high-speed coiling machine. We are trying to gain greater recognition.
