[Company strength]
We meet our customers’ needs for hot forging, aluminum forging, thermal treatment, machining, grinding, assembling, and unitization, through our in-house integrated production system. We machine a diverse range of items for various industrial fields, including industrial sewing machine knives, food machine knives, metal precision parts, and sanitary valves. This capability plus our QCD has enhanced customer satisfaction and built our reputation. In addition, more than 50 of our employees (50%) are nationally certified skilled tradespeople, including Contemporary Master Craftsmen, and a Yellow Ribbon Medal holder. Thus, we are enthusiastically involved in developing human resources.

Founded in 1918, our company manufactures industrial knives making full use of the experience and technology accumulated over many years of producing industrial sewing machine knives. Our integrated production system covers all processes from machining to thermal treatment, forging, grinding, polishing, assembly and inspection, and its associated QCD has earned the trust of our customers. In addition, we have 50 nationally licensed engineers, making us a group of “manufacturing specialists.”

[Representative's message]
Since our foundation, we have been engaged in precision parts machining. Our core business is knives. The material and the thermal treatment and polishing techniques are the keys to creating workable knives. Using our many years of experience in knife production, we are dedicated to “mastering sharpness.” In precision machining, we conduct all production processes in-house, from forging, pressing, and machining to thermal treatment, grinding, polishing, lathing and unitization. We also make jigs and production equipment in-house. We have many nationally certified skilled workers. With these advantages, we are proud to be a group of manufacturing specialists. We make full use of these technical advantages and continue to expand our capabilities to satisfy a wide range of customer requests.

We actively participate in exhibitions and meetings, grasp the market demands and the problems facing various industries, make unique suggestions for technical solutions, and endeavor to find new customers in new markets. We have fostered many highly skilled workers, including a woman who passed the Class 1 national certified worker test (general thermal treatment) in 2012. This environment is greatly appreciated in our company. We continue to nurture skilled workers and take on customers’ difficult problems that only we can solve.
