[Company strength]
We perform in-house all functions and processes of equipment manufacturing: design (mechanical and electrical), machining, assembly and control. This integrated production enables us to achieve high productivity and rapid response. We can manufacture equipment according to the purposes and requirements of customers by utilizing VE proposals at low cost. We also actively use robots. Our VR Techno-plant (Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture) has an assembly site of 75(26 m where we can fabricate large equipment. We strictly keep the plant environment clean, and so are highly evaluated by customers in the food industry and medical field. 


[Business description]
We manufacture automation equipment such as various industrial equipment and special machinery. We supply our products mainly to the automobile, housing and facility equipment, liquid crystal, semiconductor, medical care, and food manufacturing industries, and are always seeking to enter new fields. We have provided inspection machines for examining actions, missing pieces, leakage, etc.; assembly machines for caulking, press fitting, welding, screw fastening, coating, etc.; machine tools for cutting, trimming, drilling, etc.; transfer machines for work sizes ranging from less than 1 mm to more than 2 m; and packing machines for packing into boxes, packaging, etc. We can respond to requests for fabricating special tools and machining a wide variety of parts in small lots. We also manufacture and sell products developed in-house such as wet-type washing machines for industrial use and visual-imaging defect testers.

[Representative's message]
Industrial equipment plays a very important role to support “Monozukuri Craftsmanship.” We face intensifying price competition with competitor companies in the domestic market, so we require superiority in technology to avoid such competition. In overseas markets, we need to differentiate our technologies other than on cost, so that customers recognize the outstanding quality of equipment made in Japan. We also need many opportunities to meet other businesses. We will actively utilize J-GoodTech to publicize worldwide the features of our company.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are hiring more sales staff to increase our market share through existing clients and new customers. We will communicate closely with customers to build good relationships. Our knowledge and technology on the use of robots will differentiate us from competitors and develop sales channels, and enable us to build stronger relationships with robot manufacturers. We will continue to actively participate in exhibitions to demonstrate our in-house developed products and increase business opportunities.
