We offer a total service for producing the shape that customers want, from design pictures, Illustrator data, modeling data, etc., and turn the shape into a commercial product. One of our characteristics is that we follow in detail the various steps from the creation of die drawings to die production, production of trial products and small-lot production. We produce high-precision high-quality dies by using sophisticated facilities and equipment such as machining centers, NC milling machines, NC electron discharge machines, and NC wirecut electric discharge machines.

We specialize in rubber molding dies, and design and produce all rubber molding dies, from test dies to mass production dies including compression molding dies, and injection molding dies. We are good at creating die drawings from various data such as a 3D model, and producing dies. We also mold and deliver products in small lot sizes. We design and create dies, and produce trial products.

We specialize in rubber molding die manufacturing from the design stage to high-quality die production. We hope to meet more companies requiring high-precision high-quality dies through J-GoodTech. We accept trial products and small-lot products. We are part of Japan’s monozukuri manufacturing and hope to work with many other industry sectors requiring rubber product manufacturing dies.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will strengthen relationships with existing customers and material suppliers rather than spending management resources on developing sales channels. We will ensure that all employees have knowledge of the market and projects. We are a B-to-B die maker, and know little about the trends and needs of users of our products, such as finished automobile manufacturers and final consumers. Therefore, we are working throughout the company to capture such information.
