We have an integrated system that covers mold design, mold manufacturing, trial manufacturing and mass production in house. We use a wide range of forming methods, and thus can handle various structures and standards. We can mass-produce FRP products, manufacture high-strength products, reduce costs, lower weight by a sandwich structure, and form various reinforced materials.

Our company manufactures a wide variety of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) products, including large medical equipment, as well as automobile, defense and industrial products. We excel at vacuum forming, and employ L-RTM forming and infusion forming for glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), and infusion forming and silicon back forming for carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).

In the future, we intend to conduct in-house manufacturing of FRP products and sales of molds, facilities and technologies. We will create an environment and system for providing technologies to customers who wish to manufacture in-house. We intend to design and develop special products in-house, and to apply high-strength FRP having excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance to various fields.
