[Company strength]
Our strength is consistent manufacturing of products in various fields, ranging from proposals, to product design, trial manufacturing, and manufacturing of molds. We have sophisticated technologies for resin molds for parts requiring gas, sink, weld, and filling measures. We built a plant in Thailand in 2011 in line with the overseas expansion of automobile companies and others, and are designing, manufacturing, and maintaining molds mainly for local manufacturers. We can handle various kinds of mold engraving including plastic, pressing, rubber, and die casting, and receive orders mainly from various places in western Japan.


[Business description]
We design and manufacture molds for mainly plastic, rubber and MIM using the latest facilities such as high-speed spindle machining centers and electrical discharge machines of linear motors. We create various molds for particular industries: the auto industry (approx. 80%), and others including weak-current appliances, home electronics appliances, IT related parts, residential design, and daily goods. We perform mold design, trial manufacturing molding, and mold manufacturing with high precision and high efficiency for products in various fields. In addition to molds, we conduct various kinds of mold engraving, machine parts processing, laser welding, module parts, and mold maintenance.

The declining production in Japan due to the increasing local content overseas has greatly affected our company. Market development is important for future business. We aim to improve technologies for new business both in and outside Japan, and will provide better services to many customers.

We are developing the market including new customers in Japan by strengthening our marketing and sales system together with the technology division. We are expanding overseas in Thailand mainly through our Thai plant, and are working to expand in the ASEAN region.
