Mold Manufacturing with Japanese Technology
Our company is a designer and manufacturer of plastic molds, for both mass production and trial production. In addition to mold production, we also process mold parts by machining, electrical discharge machining, and wire cutting. For products that require an exceptionally flat surface, we perform mirror processing, which is our specialty.

Our specialty is 3D-shaped molds with aesthetic design, which have earned us an excellent reputation from many customers. Main products: Automotive exterior/interior parts, cosmetic containers, OA equipment, food containers, amusement parts, and hobby products
Design, Manufacturing, and Processing of Plastic Molds (molds for mass production)
Based on the 3D data and product drawings, we discuss with the customer to determine the mold structure (mold release method, undercut processing, PL allocation, etc.). Then, we immediately prepare and submit the layout drawing (assembly drawing) to the customer for approval and start the mold production. We are exceptionally skilled in exterior parts and perform 3D modeling in-house while also focusing on mirror polishing. Please take a look at our sample products.
Manufacturing Prototype Molds
Also available is a simple mold with a standard die set and a cavity core made of aluminum alloy (duralumin for metal molds). This is ideal when a small number of sample products are needed (advantage: can be finished more quickly and inexpensively than mass-production molds). Even molds made of aluminum alloy can last at least 2,000 shots. We will consider the most suitable mold structure for your company.

Parts Machining Support
Machining We not only handle the complete mold production process but also machine their components. The cavity, core, loose core, slide, etc., are all machined at high speed based on 3D data. After processing, we will measure the specified sections then deliver the product. Electrical Discharge Machining and Wire Cut Machining We also offer EDM and wire-cut machining as a single service to meet the needs of our customers. Features of Our Mold Production: Mirror Polishing
One of our specialties is mirror processing. For products that require an exceptionally high degree of flatness, we machine the product's surface at high speed with a pitch so fine that it can be polished with #600 sandpaper. The final finish of mirror polishing is done with #60000 diamond paste. This mirror polishing is applied when producing molds for plated products and transparent acrylic products.
