[Company strength]
Our manufacturing track record includes horizontal machining centers with a stroke that can be set to satisfy customer demand and dedicated beds with space-saving jigs. We have supplied gate-type machining centers with a 1,500 mm by 800 mm table size and a 700-mm distance between the table upper surface and the main shaft end surface. We have also made opposed machining centers with spindles attached to opposite sides, where cycle times can be shortened by processing on both surfaces. We have an extensive track record of index machines including 3-index, 4-index, and 6-index units. We can handle methods for simultaneous horizontal and vertical processing in a single station.

We hope to publicize our extensive track record in manufacturing. This includes centering machines (maximum diameters and lengths can be set to satisfy customer demand), and processing units (longitudinal stages are replaced with NC). We handle processing machines for roller gear cams (machining equipment), grinders for roller gear cams, and precision grinders (applications include roller gear cams, non-backlash roller gear cams, and ATC cams). We offer NC-controlled gun drill machines, and pipe cutting equipment with angles and lengths for cutting that can be freely programmed, and which are best suited for high-mix low-volume production. Our double-head grinding machines support high-precision grinding because grinding is simultaneously performed by two grindstone heads.

Our company also manufactures custom machine tools that are not included in our catalogues. We respond to customer demands for specific kinds of machine tools and simpler machine tools. We support customers who want to shorten cycle times by utilizing machine tools, and who need high-precision machine tools.
