[Company strength]
We can combine cold forging with closing. This method completely closes both ends on a pipe, and is employed in over 100,000 pipes we make per month (pipe strength 590). We handle full shearing press working with surface quality near a mirror surface. This creates a high-quality mirror-like finished surface that is impossible with the conventional fine blanking method. Our method can extend the metal material’s service life 2.5-fold in terms of metal fatigue. We manufacture over 300,000 pieces of 9-mm thick products every month, using high tensile steel plates (590). We developed an original technology for progressive sheet metal tubing. This seals the butted parts with an electrodeposited layer to prevent the joint from opening and rusting. Our plastic working with hydroforming allows flexibility in design. 


[Business description]
Our company manufactures a comprehensive range of transport equipment parts for motorcycles, chassis for four-wheeled vehicles, and so on. We cover processing from development to manufacturing (product development, evaluation testing, press working, welding, machining, and assembly). We make motorcycle parts (swing arms, rear frames, tank rail frames, steering wheels, cowl stays), and buggy car parts (swing arms from sport to utility purposes, front arms, and rear frames). We also make suspension parts for four-wheeled vehicles, as well as bases for rotary seats used in first-class seats and regular seats on Shinkansen bullet trains.

[Representative's message]
Our company strives to contribute to society by making use of our various technologies. We possess pipe manufacturing technology for 7000-series aluminum alloy, with a 55% hydro expansion rate. Our hydro processing technology for round pipes is used to manufacture round taper steering wheels with bending flatness less than 0.3 mm, while enhancing steering wheel appearance. Our progressive press working for aluminum materials and welding techniques enable drawing of high-strength aluminum alloy (275 MPa in tensile strength) and for replacing iron, which makes products lightweight. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has focused on technology development for weight and cost reduction. These efforts were based on market and customer needs we captured, which were then realized in products. The prototypes were used by sales engineers to cultivate markets. We will continue to learn about issues from our customers and to pursue systematic technological development, and provide prototypes to our customers.
