We handle sheets with thicknesses from 0.01 to 160 mm and as large as 2500 by 4000 mm. We have manufactured dental treatment chairs, food manufacturing equipment chutes and hoppers, LCD manufacturing equipment bracket side plates and covers, racing motorcycle stays, and care vehicle parts.

We offer precision sheet metal working and precision machining. Our precision sheet metal working includes laser processing (plate thickness 0.2 t to 32 t), welding (argon and CO2 welding), bending, spot welding, and high-spin riveting. Our precision machining includes wire cut EDM processing. We use NC equipment for precision sheet metal working and precision machining.

Our company excels at composite machining. We select an optimal method by considering product precision and machining processes to maximize machining efficiency. We devise solutions such as whether to use machining supplemented by wire processing when it is difficult to achieve accuracy with laser cutting. We pile thin sheets and cut them with a wire to prevent burring or strain. Our company possesses a wide lineup of equipment for quick, accurate, optimal machining.

Our company excels at short-turnaround deliveries. We ship 25% of ordered products within 24 hours. We are equipped with six CAD/CAM machines. All you need to do is send us CAD (DXF) drawing data as an attachment to an email. We will then manufacture your desired products by means of accurate programming and selecting an optimal means of manufacturing.
