[Company strength]
Our company started to handle high-density coils (ultra-high-precision windings for air core coils) over 10 years ago. We were able to establish a winding technology that achieves the highest space factor in the industry with both round wires and flat square wires. Recently we also established high-density compressive molding coil technology, which involves further compressing high-density coils to be molded for use in automobile motors. This technology enables concentrated winding around the motor core without creating any gaps. We have also achieved completely regular winding for bobbin-type coils. This achieves high density and enables special coil mass production that had previously been impossible, such as inductance or coil resistance within ±1%. 


[Business description]
Our main business is coil product manufacturing and sales. We offer high-density flat angle alpha multilayer winding coils, high-density coils, high-density compressive molding coils, semiconductor linear coils, industrial linear coils, on-vehicle solenoid coils, and power transmission coils. Our offerings also include IH electromagnetic cooker coils, IH copier coils, medical coils, tag coils, sensor coils, antenna coils, alpha winding coils, edgewise multilayer winding coils, and integral/sealed molding coils. Other coils we handle are used in compact power generators, automobile motors, and smart meters, as well as magnetic tap sensors.

[Representative's message]
Superior technology has no meaning if it cannot be used. We hope that our broad range of coil offerings will satisfy some kinds of needs for customers and make them happy. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We believe we can anticipate higher demand for automobile-related coils, and that they will be required to have high performance. Our high-density compressive molding coils can be manufactured with greater automation, and will help enhance the performance of motors. This will make it more cost effective if we use round wires instead of flat, square wires, as they are much cheaper and easier to handle. The power transmission coil field is another area where our original coil technology can be useful. We want to make our own contribution to high-performance, advanced products such as robots, drone motors, sensors, and medical devices.
