[Company strength]
Our company develops new products based on our technologies for high-precision, difficult part processing and our sensitive application capabilities, which we have acquired through more than 30 years of experience. Our machining centers have a maximum travel distance of 3,050 mm on the X axis, 1,060 mm on the Y axis, and 800 mm on the Z axis. This is how we can process reference planes of frames of equipment and devices. We can also manufacture large base plates.

Our company uses various kinds of equipment, mainly large machining centers, to satisfy customer demands for manufacturing many types of equipment and processing parts. We have developed a new business with our plastic bottle crushing machines. We have launched on-site volume reduction services by crushing waste plastic produced by our products in addition to product sales.

Our environment enabling support for large equipment, part processing based on high-precision assembly standards, and integrated in-house system for part processing and assembly are characteristic features of our company. We are highly evaluated for our excellent capabilities for coordination with regard to consistency. We have a track record with a wide range of manufacturing equipment. This includes parts for rockets (the H2A), equipment related to tire manufacturing lines, equipment and parts related to semiconductor manufacturing lines, and parts related to inspection lines. Our plastic crushing machines have the potential to be introduced in every industry.

We provide on-site crushing services for volume reduction. We launched our on-site crushing services for volume reduction for recycling waste plastic as a new business model after our product acquired Management Innovation Plan certification. We provide support for cost reduction for companies and for recycling waste as valuable resources.
