[Company strength]
Our company’s history began with R&D for non-destructive testing equipment. We now manufacture even single articles of special probes at short turnarounds as well as fully customized products. We design probes using CAE and 3D CAD. We make use of a laser engraving machine or five-axis machining center to machine even probes with complicated shapes in-house. Our skilled workers wire and assemble products using magnifying glasses and other measuring instruments. We ship products after evaluating their characteristics with various flaw detectors and scanners.


[Business description]
We are a specialist manufacturer that engages in ultrasonic probe R&D. We manufacture various probes and probe cables for ultrasonic flaw detection as well as promotional giveaways for the Japanese Society for Non-Destructive Inspection. Our products include vertical and angle beam articles, and immersion probes. Our vertical probes are for detecting flaws in steel sheets and round bars, and for measuring the thickness of pipes and tanks. Our angle beam probes are for detecting flaws in welded parts, bars, pipes, axles, and rails. Our immersion probes are used for flaw detection when the inspection object is curved or has a rough surface.

Our company specializes in manufacturing sensor probes for ultrasonic flaw inspection equipment. We have confidence as the leading company in this industry. We have been continuing with R&D since our establishment and achieved the world's smallest state-of-the-art probe. We will continue to break through common practices in the industry and apply low-volume production at short turnarounds to satisfy customer needs with safety and peace of mind.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company excels at manufacturing extremely small ultrasonic probes for metal flaw detection. Our conventional products are ultra-small Chibita-kun and ultra-thin Pechako-san. Recently we have been focusing on probes for composite material flaw detection and non-contact flaw detection. We are also making an effort to satisfy customer requests for phased array probes by providing an extensive lineup of products, each consisting of multiple piezoelectric elements. We are now providing proactive cooperation to various associations to extend our business. We are engaged in a consignment business of standard specimen inspections and promotional giveaways for the Japanese Society for Non-Destructive Inspection and so on.
