Customers have various needs such as requirements for restraining separation where high strength is required, and for unitary forming. We possess a large-scale powder modeling machine, so we can create beautiful products that are far ahead of other companies. We also possess photo fabrication machines that are larger than those of other companies. This is why we can satisfy customer needs such as requirements to restrain separation to protect the design, to secure transparency, to manufacture parts while retaining strength, and so on. We also want to apply our wealth of experience and track record to support vacuum forming and machining in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.

We manufacture prototype models and design models. We mainly handle resin, but we are also taking on the challenge of difficult-to-process materials such as foaming urethane. We are a manufacturer that offers trial machining and small-lot mass production. We conduct vacuum forming, powder modeling, and photo fabrication. We are developing our business in a wide range of manufacturing industries. We supply models of front and rear portions and parts around seats, including design models, for the automobile industry. We manufacture parts around seats and interior parts for the railroad industry. We supply internal mechanism parts of printers and game device controllers for the home electronics industry.

Our company’s name includes the word “weed,” which represents our strong desire to be tough and strong like weeds that grow in severe environments. Our goal has been to be a flexible enterprise that can change with the times by introducing new processing methods and new equipment. We want to make use of J-GoodTech to seek unexpected encounters and new innovative ideas, and to further expand our business. This is in addition to our efforts regarding existing industries in general.

We were founded as a company to process packings die-cut from film, rubber, and foaming urethane. We have introduced new processing methods and new equipment according to the needs of the times, which have their origins in customer requests and requirements. We serve the fields of resin prototypes, vacuum forming, machining, photofabrication, powder modeling, and so on. We also want to take on the challenge of upstream manufacturing such as 3D CAD data preparation, assembly, manufacturing of inspection jigs and processing difficult-to-process materials such as foaming urethane. We will strengthen our lineup of original products and businesses, such as extracting needs for articles other than resin prototypes.
