[Company strength]
We have advantages in ultra-precision laser blank processing with little distortion by using micro fiber laser processing equipment. We handle precision sheet metal from T = 0.02 (processable sheet thickness differs according to the shape and size). We can also machine copper (T < 1.0), which had been difficult to process with conventional CO2 lasers. We also process terminals and packings made of copper material. There are many cases in which a die becomes necessary for molding a micro plate spring and terminal even if they are prototypes. This inevitably leads to increased costs. However, we can make use of our in-house precision sheet metal die design and manufacturing to handle difficult-to-mold parts from small-lot trial manufacturing. We can make cost-cutting proposals regarding plate springs, which can cut costs while maintaining necessary functions. We mainly handle ultra-precision laser blank processing, various shims and packings, precision prototype plate springs and terminals, and shield cases for board protection. We offer precision mechanical prototypes of sheet metal parts such as ATMs, and precision sheet metal die design and manufacturing.

[Representative's message]
We have been working to become an enterprise that can satisfy various customer needs in precision metalworking. However, we face a serious labor shortage, and we truly do not have time to spare for sales activities. We want to take the opportunity of registration with J-Good Tech to enhance awareness of our processing technology. We hope to make proposals to reduce costs while maintaining required functions, and to further improve functions by hearing requests directly from development and design staff.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have had advantages in quick support such as short delivery periods by making use of our flexibility based on being a small company. However, a reliable management system has now become required even for small businesses. We are advancing the introduction of the latest equipment such as image inspection equipment and sharing work information using our in-house network. Our goal is to overcome the weak points caused by our labor shortage. We want to advance construction of a system so that our small size does not obstruct our cultivation of markets.
