Our vacuum thermal treatment products include automotive parts, home electronics appliance parts (various vanes and so on), small-diameter pins, broaches, blade metal, and precision parts. Our products include various molds, and also gas turbine parts (jet engine and power generator parts) and balancers (golf head weights, and so on). Our molds include precision molds, semiconductor molds, optical disk (DVD, CD, MD) molds, industrial equipment roller molds, and forging molds. We handle various materials including high-speed tool steel, cold die steel, hot die steel, martensite stainless steel, maraging steel, special stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and tungsten steel. We support N2 or Ar as a cooling gas.

[Business description]
Our company mainly offers vacuum thermal treatment, vacuum brazing, and PVD coating. We conduct precision vacuum thermal treatment with a focus on semiconductor-related molds. We also conduct Ni brazing and other kinds of vacuum brazing, and PVD coating with TiN, HDCr, and so on. Our mainline business is vacuum thermal treatment. We conduct vacuum normalizing and other kinds of normalizing, annealing, quenching, sub-zero treatment, super sub-zero treatment, aging treatment, and solution treatment. Annealing can be classified into complete annealing, stress removal, straightening, and magnetic annealing. Quenching includes vacuum quenching.

We will continue to showcase our technical power in the ion plating field as well. HDCr contributes to improving precision mold release characteristics and slidability. TiCN is a TiN-based film with greater hardness. This material is particularly suitable for pressing molds subject to great loads. We manufacture titanium nitride (TiN) by the HCD method. Our TiN has smooth properties with fewer droplets. Our products are used for tools, molds, machines, electric parts, and medical instruments. We also conduct various kinds of surface modification on consignment with a partner factory, including PVD coating, CVD coating, and nitriding.

Our company also possesses high technology for vacuum brazing. We conduct nickel brazing, copper brazing, and various other kinds of vacuum brazing featuring excellent strength and corrosion resistance. We machine bearing steel with bearing steel, stainless steel with stainless steel, stainless steel with copper alloy, copper alloy with copper alloy, and special steel with special steel. We make use of combined machining to manufacture slide bushings for precision conveyors, fuel injection nozzles, resin forming molds, aerospace ducts, and precision mold punches. We also manufacture occlusal adjustment curved plates for dentures and implants used in dental treatment.
