We supply grated products according to customer needs through our safe and secure product manufacturing system. 
We obtained HACCP certification in 2015. We manufacture safe and secure products under the quality policy of doing our best to offer high-quality, safe products to customers. 
These efforts have been highly regarded in recent years, and we are receiving an increasing number of OEM manufacturing orders from food manufacturers and business-use food wholesalers.
We introduced the latest grating machine in 2016. This machine allows us to provide grated products with the customer’s desired granularity. It can automatically adjust clearance, so it can offer a wide range of granularity levels from coarse to fine grating.
We once used only garlic and ginger produced in China as materials, but we started to offer grated products made of Japanese-produced garlic in 2017 as a new attempt.
We use garlic produced in Kyushu, which is our base of operations. This garlic has a strong sharpness and pungency with a more punchy taste compared with Aomori-produced garlic, which accounts for more than 80% of domestic Japanese production.
