Our products include equipment related to emitted light (spectroscopic precision machinery, mirrors, and monitors) and particle accelerators (electron beams, proton beam accelerators, high-frequency quadrupole linac, and negative hydrogen ion sources). We supply analyzers including X-ray microscopes, e-TOF, ultra-sensitive surface analyzers for micro areas, high-precision outgassing measuring equipment, simultaneous real-time multicomponent gas analyzers, and portable simultaneous real-time multicomponent gas analyzers. We offer various kinds of thin film deposition systems (CVD, MBE, and sputtering equipment). We provide various products such as vacuum equipment and chambers for semiconductors and equipment related to FPD.

We handle vacuum-related equipment, manufacturing equipment with special specifications, ultra-precision equipment, part processing requiring special techniques, various analyzers, and special equipment design on consignment. We also sell products under our own brand. These include special-specification analyzers, as well as equipment related to experiments with emitted light, particle accelerators, and thin films. We offer ultra-sensitive surface analyzers for micro areas, and ultra-sensitive real-time gas analyzers. We provide catalog sales of general-purpose vacuum parts including vacuum flanges, viewports, and valves.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We aim to enhance the visibility of our track record in various fields in order to cultivate markets. This includes electron guns, ion sources, accelerating tubes, various beam monitors, septum electromagnets, hard and soft X-ray spectrometers, and particle accelerators. We supply ultra-sensitive surface analyzers for micro areas, high-precision outgassing measuring equipment, simultaneous real-time multicomponent gas analyzers, portable simultaneous real-time multicomponent gas analyzers, and wavefront measuring instruments. We handle photoreaction CVD experimental equipment, multi-layer film deposition systems for X-ray mirrors, and multi-layer film deposition systems for soft X-ray curved mirrors. We will actively process orders from manufacturing equipment manufacturers and OEM projects.
