We undertake metal product manufacturing that can consistently respond to requests.

We have adopted processing technologies necessary for metal product manufacturing such as cutting and bending, welding and machining. With a small number of employees, we undertake various kinds of processing of products used in major companies in Oita Prefecture and neighboring prefectures. We inquire about the outline of the product specifications from customers and produce designs (draw up the diagrams). In addition, we can consistently respond to the requests of customers in cutting, bending, welding and machining, which are general iron processing techniques, as well as assembly and installation. Due to our small-scale factory, the sizes of the products are limited to a certain degree. However, machines such as laser cutting machines, and lathes, milling machines, semiautomatic welders and TIG welders are plentiful.

[Business description]
Our company was founded with the business of pressing steel-frame members for use in the neighboring steelworks premise of NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION in 1972 by the grandfather of the president. Since our establishment, we have adopted processing technologies for metal product manufacturing such as cutting and bending, welding and machining, responding to requests of engineering companies as our direct customers. With a small number of employees, we undertake various kinds of processing of products used in major companies in Oita Prefecture and neighboring prefectures.
