[Company strength]
We conduct integrated manufacturing of pressed products, from die manufacturing to machining and assembly, and have gained trust. This includes pressing (progressive-, tandem- and single-die pressing), machining (drilling, countersinking, tapping, cutting, hole making, pipe round bending and cutting, etc.), sheet-metal working (high-precision high-speed working, adapted to large sheet-metal products), compound laser processing (cutting into various shapes, hole making, burring, countersinking, tapping, rib processing, etc.), NC hybrid bending (up to 2500 mm in size, adapted to high-precision complicated shapes), welding, assembly, and die processing (in-house manufacturing for our processed articles). We can conduct any type of work. 


[Business description]
We fully utilize our technologies cultivated in pressing, and process mainly steel pipe furniture and precision sheet-metal products. We manufacture steel chair parts, office equipment parts, exterior products, construction members, gas meters, etc. We meet a wide variety of customer needs, from trial manufacturing to low-volume production to mass production. We also sell folding hand-drawn carts and pellet stoves as our original products.

[Representative's message]
We excel in bending pipes of φ5 to φ42.7 mm in diameter. We bend pipes of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or other material, and can bend square, elliptic or other special pipes. We can conduct bending (with large radius of curvature), piercing, and crushing with press machines, as well as various end processing. This includes beading, flaring, notching, threading, crushing, etc. Examples of our products include φ16×t1.2 aluminum bent pipes, φ35×t1×R45 1D bent SUS409 pipes, and φ34×t3.2×R200 STKM bent pipes.

Our original product, or hand-drawn cart, can be used for outdoor leisure, setting up exhibition sites, home gardening, agricultural work, and construction site work. It can make sharp turns even on narrow sites, has puncture-proof tires, and is safe. It can be quickly changed into an emergency cart simply by attaching a dedicated stretcher. It is very light (25 kg), and can be stored in the trunk of a small car, or taken into an elevator by folding the handle. We will endeavor to develop the market by ourselves.
