[Company strength]
The vacuum utility equipment and joining apparatus we develop and manufacture are based on a unique combination of our technical capabilities in ultrahigh vacuum, cryogenics, ultrahigh precision processing, and optics. In the field of ultrahigh vacuum, we manufacture vessels, apparatuses, control systems and controllers on the basis of our proficiency in basic technologies in optics, cryogenics, ultrahigh precision processing, etc. We manufacture and provide high-quality products by taking advantage of our advanced facilities like cleanrooms (of class 5000) and our unique processing technology for controlling the surface oxide film on aluminum alloys to reduce gas release.

We design and fabricate products, apparatus, etc. that involve junction technology and vacuum technology. Various apparatus and equipment we provide for use in manufacture of semiconductors and panel displays, and in the fields of healthcare and universities/research institutes include: wafer cold joining apparatus that employs cold joining by surface activation and nuclear diffusion joining processes; vacuum vessels and vacuum stages made in stainless steel or aluminum alloy; manipulators such as ultrahigh vacuum rotary introduction machines; and an assortment of vacuum apparatus.

We will continue to provide high-accuracy products using our unique manufacturing skills in the field of ultrahigh vacuum under a well-implemented quality assurance program. We can accept orders for contracted manufacture of made-to-order or customized products and prototypes, as well as orders for our standardized products, to cater to the needs in the semiconductor and panel display industries, healthcare industry, universities and research institutes, and aerospace industry. We will provide products from a single piece of bolt to full-scale equipment that will perfectly meet customers’ specifications.
