[Company strength]
Our products are characterized by speed, high value added, and ease of use. Our can manufacturing facility lines can produce several hundred to several thousand cans per minute, which is unrivaled speed in the industry. We simplified the exchange of dies and interactive operation, and keep pursuing various other performance improvements. We developed the original can-making technology called “double seaming.” Lids are put on a can body and sealed by double seaming, thereby preventing air, water, microbes, etc. from entering. The cans are then filled with gas or evacuated to prevent their contents from deteriorating. This manufacturing method ensures high airtightness. 


[Business description]
We specialize in sheet-metal working (plastic working). We design and manufacture can-making machinery, automatic inspection devices, and other labor-saving industrial machines related to metal product manufacturing processes. We conduct a series of processes in-house, from sales to design, parts manufacturing, assembly and installation. We develop mainly original products on the basis of new ideas, and endeavor to create unmanned production lines. Our main products include can-manufacturing facilities, transfer pressing machines, conveyance systems, and inspection devices.

[Representative's message]
We have been manufacturing industrial machines for about a half century. We have cultivated plastic working technology in the can industry, and developed conveyance technology to realize quick operations. We hope that the value of our technologies will be recognized and used in other industries too. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have exhibited our products in METPACK, cannex and other exhibitions, etc. held overseas, aiming at a global company. We have delivered products all over the world, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe. We consider that our technologies can be useful in the production lines of various industries, in addition to the can-making machinery industry in which we have specialized since our company was founded. We will fully utilize our accumulated technologies, and, together with customers, draw up optimum plans for the manufacturing lines they require. We thus provide total solutions.
