We manufacture molds and perform precision machining on difficult-to-machine materials.
Our business is based on experience and knowledge in the field of manufacturing various molds and mold components used for automobiles. Using that experience and knowledge, in recent years, we have been involved in the precision machining of component parts which have complicated shapes and are manufactured by using difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium and stainless steel. We have thus entered the new fields of medical equipment and airplanes. In addition, we are also engaged in the restoration processing of component parts for machines that are too old to have mechanical drawings, as well as antique ceramic art, by using 3D cameras and 3D printers. Our facilities are fully equipped with machinery and tools that are required for the precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials and the manufacturing of molds.
