We excel in plating and alumite treatment technique.

We treat resin and metal (iron/stainless steel, etc.) with nickel chromium plating, and aluminum with anodic oxidation. Nickel chrome plating is used for producing automobile front grilles, shift levers, wheel nuts and so on. Anodic oxidation is used for producing automobile power train parts, tire valves, relief valves for fuel cell vehicles and so on. This is done by subjecting said parts to oxalic acid alumite treatment, sulfuric acid alumite treatment, and sulfuric acid hard alumite treatment. Moreover, we possess trial/development production lines, so we can correspond to small lot production needs.

[Company strength]
The request standard of functional parts for automobiles is very strict. Oxalic acid alumite films have a high degree of hardness, high corrosion resistance even for thin films, and excellent wear resistance. We can also form highly uniform anodic oxide coating for aluminum die casting. As for the degree of surface roughness, we have realized higher quality than sulfuric acid alumite films. Anodic oxidation is also effective for heat sinks and CPU radiator plates that utilize aluminum's thermal conductivity. We operate our factory day and night for alumite coating and plating. Therefore, we realize high quality with quick delivery.

[Representative's message]
Our company has a 100-year history as a surface processing specialist, and is a pioneer of the industry. We have always responded to the needs and requirements of society through the course of time. At present, we are aiming to establish an integrated production system that covers resin molding, plating and assembling for oxalic acid alumite coating/resin plating on functional parts. In addition, we set up a local subsidiary in Thailand five years ago and are working on zinc plating. We are also planning to look into other surface treatment in the future. Through J-GoodTech, we will continue actively working on responding to customers’ requirements.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We want to establish an integrated production system capable of corresponding to molding, plating and assembling for resin plating. Furthermore, we want to increase the types of plating we can provide. As for alumite coating, we are actively working on applying the high film performance of oxalic acid alumite coating to other parts of automobiles, machinery and facility parts. We will actively participate in business meetings and exhibitions to expand our distribution channels not only in the automotive field but also in other industries.
