[Company strength]
A drawing which we receive from a customer may be a sketch indicating a concept. We fully utilize our know-how to guess the customer’s intention, and make specific fabrication drawings. In doing so, we understand the roles of ordered parts and determine their tolerances, so over performance does not occur. We also conduct delivery management, so we can be trusted as a good partner to our customers. We have delivered jigs and tools of maximum 1.5 m in diameter and 1.0 ton in weight, and also those for aircraft-related units, semiconductor-related devices, and PWB inspection devices. 


[Business description]
We design, manufacture and assemble jigs and tools for semiconductor-related devices and aircraft-related devices. We also conduct various kinds of precision sheet metal working and machining, and various kinds of welding, coating, plating, silk printing and engraving of aluminum and stainless steel, etc. We conduct integrated manufacturing from design to assembly. We provide jigs and tools which are required in customers’ manufacturing processes. We conduct design by CAD based on the conceptual drawing received. We utilize experts in our company and 70 cooperating companies, and manufacture parts, assemble units, and deliver products. We can also conduct special load tests.

[Representative's message]
Our sales staff conducts integrated work from order reception, delivery management, process management, and material management. We can therefore consistently respond to customers without excessive adjustment between departments. We have increased our engineers. We have taken various measures to promote women’s active participation and improve the morale of employees. We thus established a system for serving customers as a good partner. We meet a wide variety of customer demands, from a single prototype unit to mass production. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our second factory adjoins our head factory, and conducts welding and assembly of jigs and tools for semiconductor manufacturing devices and aerospace-related equipment. The second factory is about 500 m2 in lot area and about 230 m2 in building gross floor area, and has two chain blocks with about 2.5 ton withstand load, 12 semi-automatic welding machines, etc. Half of the factory is structured to have an open ceiling space open from the first floor to the second floor. Large jigs and tools of 5 m in diameter can be welded and assembled in this space. We have also secured a storage space for partly-finished goods, and have thus improved productivity.
