[Company strength]
We fully utilize self-developed laser processing machines and high-precision microprocessing technologies, including machining, grinding and electric discharge machining. We supply precision parts to a wide variety of industries, such as electric machinery, electronic device, medical equipment, automobile, and jewelry goods industries. We can be entrusted with IC wafer machining. This includes grinding and dicing of 4- to 12-inch silicon wafers with minimum thickness of 30μm. We also sell dedicated equipment, labor-saving machines, and our original product which is desktop-type processing machines branded as “Multi Pro”. We further machine ceramic nozzles, in which we utilize our original technologies to provide fine-bore ceramic nozzles. 


[Business description]
We machine precision parts, and manufacture equipment and machinery, fully utilizing our original designs and technologies. We have refined our fine and ultrafine parts machining technologies which we had cultivated through watch parts machining. We excel in machining ultra-precision fine parts for electronic devices, automobiles, medical equipment, industrial machines, etc. We undertake machining (grinding and dicing) IC wafers, design and manufacturing of processing machines and facilities, and machining ceramic nozzles, in addition to machining precision metal parts. Our overseas factories in China and Vietnam conduct mass production at low costs.

We will actively conduct matching between our seeds and the needs of markets and major companies, and will thus expand our markets. We will use our comprehensive power as a company conducting metal machining, ceramic machining, and machine design and manufacturing on the basis of precision. We will continue striving to overcome difficulties and contributing to society through Monozukuri craftsmanship, taking the environment into consideration. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will expand business in the field of machining ultra-precision fine parts for electronic devices, automobiles, medical equipment, industrial machines, etc. For this, we will develop new customers, in addition to increasing transactions with existing customers. We will actively participate in exhibitions in Japan (3 to 4 times per year), reinforce web sales, cooperate with public institutions, and participate in business matching plans. We will expand our business in medical equipment- and automobile-related industries, and actively expand the operation of our overseas plants, fully utilizing their advantage of low costs and mass production capability.

We were selected as one of 300 of Japan's Vibrant Monozukuri (manufacturing) SMEs by the Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade, and Industry (2006). 
We received The Third Monozukuri (manufacturing) Nippon Grand Award, Excellence Award for the development of multi-function high-rigidity high-precision desktop-type platform (2009). 
We received the Monozukuri Award NAGANO 2013, Grand Prize (2013). 
We were certified as an Excellent Health Management Company in Nagano Prefecture (2016).

We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification. We hold the medical device manufacturing license.

We have registered Japanese patents and Japanese patent applications in the fields of watch and medical equipment.
