[Company strength]
We primarily manufacture high-precision sheet-metal products using thin metal boards and layers, as well as high-precision sheet-metal products and assembled products having complicated or unusual shapes that require many bending processes to make. Since our parts require excellent precision, technical support is needed to improve the competitiveness of finished devices and apparatuses. We provide customers with such technical support. We supply our high-precision sheet-metal products with strict standards in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (QCDS) so that our customers can enjoy enhanced product competitiveness.

We deliver many of our products such as high-precision sheet-metal products and high-precision device-assembled products to industrial apparatus manufacturers and assembled product manufacturers. Our products are used as built-in parts, mechanical parts, and exterior parts of various devices and apparatuses. We also make Value Analysis (VA) proposals and Value Engineering (VE) proposals for high-precision sheet-metal products and assembled products, thus helping our customers to improve the competitiveness of their products.

Our company has primarily been doing business in the Tokai region of Japan, particularly in Shizuoka and Aichi Prefectures. Through J-GoodTech, we are hoping to explore further opportunities in the Tokai region, to expand our trading areas, and to enter growing markets that are new to us. We deliver high-precision sheet-metal products and assembled products that suit the needs of clients in the Tokai region, which is a manufacturing center of Japan with excellent product distribution infrastructure.

There are five reasons why our customers choose us: 1) high-precision sheet-metal processing dedicated to industrial devices and apparatuses; 2) high-precision sheet-metal processing that uses thin metal sheets with a thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 mm; 3) our capability to manufacture products in various scales from a single item to medium-lot production of 500 items per month; 4) VA/VE proposals related to high-precision thin metal sheet processing; and 5) our strict standards in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (QCDS). We will keep working to maintain these characteristics. We will use the promotional website “industrial-precision-sheet-metal.com” to explore new sales channels. We will also expand sales channels by improving the communication skills of our sales department to provide information more efficiently using information technology.
