[Company strength]
Our company is a manufacturer which primarily recovers and processes waste plastics, produces resin raw materials from them, and manufactures aviation films using those raw materials. Our operations are designed to implement advanced methods for selecting and managing waste plastics, and are focused on expanding the environment-friendly business of recycling plastics on a global scale. Exploring new sources of waste plastics is an instrumental aspect of our business since we need to supply steady quantities of raw materials to our users. These users include a global Chinese company (to which fiber materials are supplied) and a major Japanese airline company (to which films recycled by us are supplied).


[Business description]
We are in the business of recycling waste plastics. After recovery, each group of waste plastics is assigned a unique identification number during an inspection step for inventory purposes. In this way, the traceability of waste plastics we export to our Chinese plants can be shared with them. In the inspection process, non-plastic items are also removed. In the subsequent processing steps, miscellaneous plastics are pulverized, soiled films are recycled, and the processed plastics are exported to our plants in China. Our waste plastics are then turned into raw materials which are delivered to molding shops that produce molded articles and distribute them as recycled goods.

[Representative's message]
To supply steady quantities of recycled films and fiber raw materials required by our major users, we relocated our strategic plant from Dalian to the Zhuanghe industrial park (Eco Town). In addition, we have obtained a new import license that allows us a greater import quota. Now we have major production bases (our own plants) set up in Dalian, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Shunde, in addition to subcontract factories in Chang’an, Huizhou, Ningbo, etc. We hope that the present posting of our company on the J-GoodTech website will help us secure new sources of raw materials (waste plastics).


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are currently making efforts to explore new sources of waste plastics. One of our propositions we make to plastic molding makers, major shipping storage companies, major trading companies, etc., is a one-stop service. In this service we propose ideas and support on how to cut down disposal costs and how to efficiently meet environmental protection rules or other compliance topics.
