We develop and manufacture semiconductor manufacturing devices, and also conduct OEM development and manufacturing. We further conduct precision sheet metal working, and manufacture sheet metal processed products and frame processed products. We further conduct precision machining and embossed carrier tape forming, and provide automatic equipment assembly service. We have established a system for conducting integrated work from planning to design, manufacturing, setup and after-sales care for semiconductor manufacturing devices. In the precision sheet metal working business, we can receive orders from just a single unit of a product to be processed. In the precision machining business, we use machining centers, NC lathes, wire electric discharge machines and other machine tools, and provide high-precision machining technologies. We have established a quality control system conforming to ISO standard and using various precision measuring instruments. We thus have a high technical capability for finishing any product at high quality.
