We have performed sheet-metal machining of products for more than 50 years.
We focus on sheet-metal machining. We manufacture truck body parts, manufacture and repair prototype vehicles, manufacture vehicles and models for motor shows, sell our “Power Urethane” reinforcing material for passenger car and sports car bodies, and manufacture in-house and sell aluminum products for fisheries (duckboards for tuna auctions, UMA (base leg), fresh fish display boards, pallets, etc.). For press machining, four presses, including a medium-press 500-ton SMX mounted with a link motion for long-lasting molds, can be linked, and two small presses can be linked.

[Company strength] For press machining, four presses, including a medium-press 500-ton SMX mounted with a link motion for long-lasting molds, can be linked (maximum mold size: 2450 x 1400 x 850 mm), and two small presses can be linked (maximum mold size: 1390 x 840 x 450 mm). Our bending machining can deal with CAD (DXF receive, AP100 read). We can perform bending machining ranging from small to large components (t4.5 x 000) using 30, 50, 125, 130, and 220-ton facilities. We have introduced many facilities for welding assembly, and can perform TIG/MIG welding of aluminum materials. [Business description] We focus on sheet-metal machining. We have long experience and know-how in the production of car body prototypes, such as major automakers’ cars exhibited in the Tokyo Motor Show. We have recently started actively entering fields other than the auto industry, such as computer server racks and aluminum products for fisheries, by leveraging our existing sheet-metal techniques. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We introduced a new laser machining apparatus (size: 5 x 10, t19 mm) in March 2017. We have a laser, a turret punch press, and three benders (3 m size) for low-volume production, and two 500-ton press machines, one 250-ton press machine, and two 200-ton press machines for mass production. We can handle orders ranging from test production to mass production. [Authorization/Certification] ISO 9001:2008 Our “Power Urethane” reinforcing material for car body rigidity is certified by the JAF Motor Sports Regulations in Japan.
