[Company strength]
We excel in processing with multifunctional machines and multi-axis machines, such as casting processing and deformed workpiece processing (scraping out, etc.). We realize quick delivery at low price by integrating processing steps. We consistently receive orders for material production as well as machining, heat treatment, finishing (polishing/various polishing), surface treatment (various plating, alumite coating, etc.), and inspection (three-dimensional measurement and shape measurement). We respond to each order by providing corresponding processing step data to help customers reduce arrangement work. We can handle any kind of materials such as iron, non-ferrous materials, casting, forging and resin. We can correspond to any kind of processing method such as turning processing, machining, wiring, gear cutting and welding.


[Business description]
We conduct vertical-type/horizontal-type machining center processing, three-dimensional production, simultaneous five axis processing, NCL processing and wire cutting processing. Furthermore, we conduct manufacturing of various kinds of precision mechanical parts, various jig tools, mold-articles and the assembly thereof. In addition, we develop and sell screw pin gauges (high-precision measurement gauges for screw holes) and micro guides (which facilitate measurement preparation of a micrometer). As for the field of marketing, we have received many orders for processing trial parts related to next-generation vehicles. We also process large and complex parts such as engine-related parts.

We have more than 40 years of experience in processing parts for prototypes and product development. Utilizing our experience, we consistently conduct order reception and manufacture not only for material preparation but also for processing and final inspection. Therefore, we can help our customers reduce the workload for arrangement work. We excel in processing by multifunctional machines and multi-axis machines, such as casting processing and deformed workpiece processing (scraping out, etc.). We continually work with state-of-the-art equipment for machining and NCL machine tools, and strive for meeting any kind of requests from customers. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We contribute to realizing shorter delivery times and cost reductions by integrating a plurality of steps enabled by designing machining jigs at our own factory. We can correspond to sizes ranging from the minimum machining diameter φ 1 mm to φ 1,200 mm, regardless of the material, from a single item order. We can also generally deal with shorter delivery times. We have received many orders for processing vehicle-related prototype parts. Furthermore, we have received many inquiries for our in-house manufactured product, “THREAD-PIN GAUGES”. The “THREAD-PIN GAUGES” are patent registered products for which measurement accuracy of screw hole positions and distances between thread holes are improved up to 0.01 mm increments.
