[Company strength]
We are able to meet a wide range of customers' needs in a flexible manner. We have cultivated skills in manufacturing fittings for marine vessels. We have partnered with large corporations in the sales of component parts and the manufacture of apparatuses. We also manufacture products from cast iron and cast steel and offer electrical installation services. While we source high-quality materials from Japan, we are able to produce and procure products of consistently high quality through our Chinese base where our Japanese staff work. We thus know how to reduce costs, thanks to our experience of overseas procurement. We also accept orders for projects which cover the entire production process, from the procurement of materials to the manufacturing and inspection of products. Because there is no intermediate company involved, we can offer lower costs, products of consistently high quality, and the finest after-sales service for customers.


[Business description]
We are primarily engaged in the assembling and manufacturing of machines such as winches used on the decks of marine vessels and marine vessel fittings such as marine vessel steel doors and ladders, as well as the processing and assembling of engine cylinder heads and hydraulic manifold blocks. We have three production locations in Japan. Our factory in Maizuru is in charge of manufacturing large structures, assembling apparatuses, and coating. Our factory in Ayabe is in charge of processing and assembling machinery. Our factory in Kobe is in charge of assembling engine cylinder heads. We also opened an office in Dalian, China about twenty years ago. We have excellent cost competitiveness because we have been sourcing component parts and materials from China.

Our goals are to increase sales and revenue sources. While leveraging our experience in procurement from China, we would like to take part in areas other than terrestrial component parts, in addition to marine vessels. To do so, we hope to meet other corporations through J-GoodTech. We are determined to meet the expectations of other corporations and enjoy mutual benefit.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Because we have experience in procurement from China, we are planning to focus our sales activities on items such as large products which are not highly profitable within Japan alone. In addition, although the economics of the marine vessel industry are known to fluctuate slowly, the impacts of such fluctuations are also significant. Since we anticipate difficult conditions in the next two to three years, now is the time for us to enter the field of land-based equipment in addition to marine vessels. We intend to secure revenue sources, while focusing on business areas we are familiar with. We are therefore planning to strengthen our sales force and to improve productivity, increase production volumes, and enhance product quality.
