Established back in 1929, our company has long engaged in the design and manufacture of machine tools, and has come to be equipped step-by-step with numerous pieces of equipment and facilities that enable us to conduct in-house all the machine work, grinding work (cylindrical, internal and gear grinding), and gearbox processing that are necessary to produce machine tools. At the same time, we have made ceaseless efforts to foster the technology and skills to master how to carry out high-precision and high-quality processing work using these facilities. Our company’s niche area is single-part processing rather than volume-production processing. Producing high-precision gear wheels with great care is our style, which, together with our quality work, low cost, and short delivery time, is highly appreciated by our customers.

We started as a gear wheel manufacturer, and currently we also design and manufacture machine tools for producing gear wheels, and various other related devices and units. One of our greatest strengths in the manufacture of gear wheels is our ability to machine and grind high-precision gear modules in sizes as small as 1.5-8.0 mm and as large as up to 800 mm in outer diameter primarily for use by transmission manufacturers and printing machine manufacturers, as well as our sophisticated skills for touching up gear teeth. We produce and fabricate dedicated machine tools like key seating machines and cam milling machines, and provide overhaul services for machines of our own models as well as machines made by other companies. All of the machine tools we provide are easy-to-use, built-to-order machines that satisfy the demands of each customer.
