[Company strength]
Our integrated production system, which encompasses everything from raw material procurement, cutting work, welding to leak tests, quality control and delivery, is able to produce typically high-quality fluid parts, vacuum pumps, and medical/dental equipment parts at low cost.  Prototypes prepared in Japan are shipped to our affiliated plants in China and Korea where commercial production takes places under technical assistance agreements. Some of our products that involve proprietary technologies or require highly sophisticated skills are produced at our facilities in Japan, using advanced equipment, such as six-axis or five-axis CNC machine tools, NC lathes, and various machining centers,

We process highly air-tight stainless casting parts, including control valves for chemical plants, special pumps, defense-related parts, special medical pumps, and parts for drug solution bottle carriage devices, etc. Our integrated production system fully utilizes our diverse range of equipment, talented human resources, and overseas affiliated facilities so as to enable us to accommodate a wide variety of customer needs at low cost.

[Representative's message]
We started as a company that provided servicing for fluid parts like pumps and valves used in petrochemical plants, and subsequently established ourselves as a manufacturer of parts for medical equipment, such as pumps used in dialysis machines. Instead of being content with our lucrative business in the field of medical equipment, our company challenged the acquisition of “JIS Q 9100” certification which is an indispensable requirement for anyone seeking to provide products for the aviation industry. Our integrated production capabilities ranging from material procurement to manufacture, processing and fabrication have prepared us to meet a wide variety of customer needs.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our subcontractor factories in China and Korea provide machining services, and in particular excel at processing with three-axis machines and commercial production, and are currently extending their markets, taking full advantage of their cost competitive positions. All prototypes are prepared in Japan, and shipped to the subcontractors, together with all the jigs, gauges, and processing conditions necessary for starting up volume production, which is carried out under the guidance/supervision of our engineers sent from Japan. During every production run, products are required to undergo rigorous sampling tests in our own facilities in Japan, including periodical analysis of material components at independent industrial experimental stations. We make every effort to ensure that these quality control steps are properly conducted to deliver quality products to our customers.
