We conduct design with cutting-edge CAD/CAM, and rapidly conduct trial manufacturing of samples. We thus flexibly manufacture plastic products, and can receive orders even for single-piece production. We conduct integrated in-house production, from molds to products. We thus realize high precision, high quality, and short delivery period. We have been conducting vacuum molding and accumulating know-how for more than 30 years. We conduct vacuum molding of industrial products, sales promotion articles, and other plastic products. Industrial products include precision part shipment trays, electronic chip conveyance trays, electronic equipment displays, and device exterior covers. Sales promotion articles include cosmetic display trays and cosmetic goods blisters. Other plastic products include medical product covers and hearing aid cases. We conduct integrated production, from design with cutting-edge CAD/CAM to modeling, trial manufacturing and mass production.

[Representative's message]
We started as a back-street workshop in Sumida Ward, and later took on the challenge of vacuum molding to manufacture ice cream containers. We have since been pursuing ultimate trays with ease of use and providing excellent products for more than 30 years. This includes packages that attractively show any commodity and three-dimensional POPs with excellent advertisement effects. We will continue to take on the challenge of new materials and new technologies and also pursue the possibilities of plastic products in the future. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have taken on the challenge of new technologies and new materials for plastic molding, and supply excellent plastic products. We have also reinforced our facilities. This includes 3D-adapted CAD/CAM, vacuum molding machine units, compressed air/vacuum molding machines, NC machining centers, and milling machines. We will establish a system that utilizes our technologies, knowledge and facilities, and is adapted to high-mix low-volume manufacturing. We will thus provide products that meet customer demands in various industries, such as precision electric equipment, cosmetics, and medicine.
