[Company strength]
Refining facilities are evaluated as being the most important among the key facilities of rubber plants. We provide ideal facilities for economically manufacturing high-quality homogeneous rubber materials (sheets, ribbons, pellets, etc.) according to required conditions, such as the kneading amount and environment. We construct systems that can manufacture any extruded product used in the automobile industry, and also in various other industries. This includes hoses, weather strips, sheets and pressure-sensitive adhesives. We standardized three kinds of extruders that have become the basis of the systems: cold feed type, vent type, and conical twin screw type. We also developed a TPE extruder to meet the demands of the times. We have the advantage of technical and development capabilities that can meet the needs of the times.

Rubber products are indispensable for the automobile industry, as well as the electric machinery industry, the electronics industry, and many other industries. We have been cultivating technologies and widening our knowledge to meet various customer needs since our company was founded. We have made the most of these resources, and have provided rubber manufacturing machines to a wide variety of industries for more than 50 years. We will make every effort to meet a wide variety of customer demands, from individual machines to full turnkey systems.
